Terms and Conditions

AGREEMENT

The arrangement between the parties for the construction project outlined in the Purchase Order, Terms and Conditions, any special conditions, Owner’s Policies, Design Standards, and Insurance Requirements (collectively referred to as the "Agreement") including Drawings, Specifications, addenda issued before the Agreement's issuance, and any subsequent Change Order (together with the Agreement, termed as the "Agreement Documents") shall dictate their association.
